Enter The Gun Dungeon favors bullet-dodging dungeon runs and weapon chaos, while Hotline Milwaukee combines top-down stealth, sudden violence, and a bizarre descent through a basement. Ape Out Jr. makes escape platforming about grabbing guards as improvised shields, Shootyboots sends a boot-clad boy endlessly downward through a hostile well, and Luftrousers offers twitchy aerial dogfighting. Two-player local competition appears in Super Absolver Mini: Turbo Fighting Championship’s stripped-back martial arts duels and PikuBiku Ball Stars’ silly basketball matches, while Catsylvania brings a straightforward but charming armored-cat adventure. Most games are short, deliberately rough around the edges, and built for repeat attempts or passing a controller to a friend rather than long-term progression.
