Flotilla blends space adventure with turn-based strategy, casting you as the commander of a growing group of orbital warships in a universe full of traders, eccentric characters, bounty hunters, and aggressively ridiculous pirate space-chickens. Its cheerful presentation keeps the mood light, but battles demand careful positioning and a willingness to accept that one bad maneuver can send a valuable ship spinning into danger. Every campaign creates a fresh set of planets, encounters, equipment, and rival forces, giving each voyage its own personality.

Travel between worlds to fight hostile fleets, trade, investigate events, and uncover artifacts that improve individual ships. Combat uses simultaneous planning: you issue movement and attack orders, then watch every vessel carry them out at once, making prediction as important as firepower.
