Players pass a magical water balloon between Joey and Penguin, using it to attack foes, gather pickups, and solve obstacles that require both characters to be in the right place at the right time. One player may need to line up a throw while the other catches, carries, or redirects the balloon through danger, turning even basic movement into a shared puzzle. Local co-op is the intended way to play, though a single-player mode provides a specialized control setup for anyone tackling the campaign alone.
