Millennium Whisper centers on meeting classmates, navigating attraction and friendship, and deciding whose attention is worth pursuing as New Year’s Eve approaches. Its tone shifts comfortably between cosy teenage hangouts, absurd gossip, and the occasional sting of social fallout.

Days revolve around visiting locations, talking with a cast of 13 students, and building the personal skills needed to retain both your college standing and your relationships. Social choices are not simply a sequence of fixed dialogue trees: each character is driven by an individual local AI model, allowing players to approach conversations seriously, flirtatiously, awkwardly, or just for laughs.
