Nebelmer follows Ixe, a young boy who leaves that shelter behind with help from the enigmatic Granny, hoping to learn whether the legendary Kamaska truly protects the village or hides a darker truth. The result is a gentle but mysterious adventure driven by movement, discovery, and striking dreamlike scenery rather than combat or survival pressure.

Ixe crosses the landscape with an unusual board-like tool that functions as both a surfboard and a glider, turning travel into the heart of the experience.
