The tone balances serious nuclear-age paranoia with a playful visual twist: national leaders appear as animals associated with their respective countries.

Each turn revolves around managing the resources generated by your controlled territories and deciding where they matter most. You fund insurgencies, protect friendly governments, undermine hostile regimes, and answer enemy pressure across a world map full of vulnerable states. Open warfare is rarely the smart answer, since aggressive moves invite retaliation and prolonged standoffs can push both superpowers toward nuclear annihilation. The core rules are approachable, but reading the board, preserving alliances, and knowing when to retreat make every match a demanding game of calculated risk.

A reactive AI gives solo matches real bite by adapting to repeated strategies instead of passively following a script, so relying on one favorite opening is unlikely to work forever.
