You play Victor, a young drifter who leaves the wasteland after hearing rumors of a northern refuge where pre-collapse technology and civilization still endure. The promised “city of dreams” proves to be a tense, unequal place: wealthy residents hide behind a barrier while poverty, crime, and desperation rule outside it. What begins as a search for safety turns into a personal fight against the city’s corrupt order and its elusive mayor.

Viewed through a first-person perspective, the adventure combines story-driven shooting with exploration, survival pressure, and quest solving. Victor moves through broad waterside and mountainous areas, meeting residents, following leads, and tackling missions that can reveal different sides of the city and its conflicts. The tone sits closer to rough-edged Eastern European post-apocalyptic shooters than polished blockbuster FPS campaigns, prioritizing atmosphere, tension, and a handmade sense of place.
