A vast, editable landscape turns city planning into a hands-on first-person construction sandbox. Technicity lets you establish settlements across a 384 km² world, then shape everything from modest homes and roadside shops to dense industrial districts and ambitious megastructures. Its tone is less about balancing spreadsheets than physically creating a place: driving across the map, placing foundations, watching cranes work, and gradually connecting distant cities. Solo builders can take their time, while co-op worlds turn the same space into a shared creative project or role-playing playground.

Construction begins with a broad selection of materials and block shapes, but the real draw is the ability to manufacture custom building pieces, furniture, and functional items. Players use equipment such as cranes and cement mixers to accelerate building, while bulldozers and steamrollers reshape the terrain on a dramatic scale, including raising or flattening mountains.
