The campaign sends a small team into an isolated tower full of hostile factions, secret routes, malfunctioning technology, and escalating threats. Its mood is loud, grimy, and deliberately unforgiving, but the exaggerated weapons and explosive destruction keep it from feeling dour.

Twin-stick shooting drives every encounter: players move, aim, dodge incoming fire, manage limited ammunition, and identify the attack patterns of enemies before the screen turns into chaos. Destructible scenery is more than decoration; debris, shell casings, blood, and broken walls leave a visible record of every messy advance. Its carefully authored stages and punishing arcade rules separate it from looter-heavy modern shooters, while its chaotic top-down combat recalls games such as Alien Breed and The Chaos Engine.
